Terms and conditions

• All prices are in Qatari riyals (QAR). Every frame is included in the price.
• The delivery fee, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is taken online by card through our payment partner MyFatoorah. We never see or keep your card details.

Every print is made to order for you. After ordering you receive a confirmation email with your invoice. If an artwork can no longer be made, or a price was shown by mistake, we will contact you and, if you wish, cancel the order and return your payment in full.

We print with care, but colours can look slightly different on each screen and in print. Sizes are the size of the print in centimetres (width x height); the frame adds to the outside size.

You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering by writing to info@artfactoryonline.com. Your payment goes back to your card. After 2 hours your artwork is already in production and the order can no longer be cancelled.

Store credit can be used for any artwork within 6 months of being given. It cannot be exchanged for cash.

All artworks and pictures on this website belong to Art Factory or its artists. Buying a print does not give the right to copy, print or sell the artwork.

Please keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed with your account.

These terms follow the laws of the State of Qatar.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new orders.
