2. Product Information

All products displayed on our website are handmade or custom-designed, and variations in color, size, and texture may occur. These variations are not considered defects, as artistic products are naturally unique.

3. Warranty Disclaimer

ART FACTORY products are sold without any warranty, unless otherwise explicitly mentioned. We do not provide guarantees for durability, color fading, breakage, or material performance after delivery or pickup.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. However, we allow exchanges under the following conditions:

A. In-Store Pickup Returns

If you selected pickup from store, you may return the item within 24 hours of pickup.
Returns must be made at the same store where the item was collected.
No cash back is offered.
You may select a replacement item of the same value.
If your chosen item is of higher value, you must pay the difference.

B. Delivery Returns

If your item was delivered, a small delivery fee will apply for return pickup.
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return.
Our staff will collect the returned item from your provided address.
No cash back is offered.
You can choose a different product of the same value.

Important: Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of damage or misuse.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. For customized or made-to-order items, cancellations are not permitted once production has started.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

7. Delivery Policy

We offer delivery within Qatar at a nominal delivery charge.
Delivery times may vary based on product availability, location, and order size.
For oversized or fragile items, special delivery arrangements may be required.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, product designs, text, logos, and artworks on our website are the intellectual property of ART FACTORY or its artists. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

ART FACTORY is not liable for:

Minor color, size, or material differences due to photography or screen settings
Damage caused by improper handling after delivery
Delays caused by third parties, weather, or transportation issues

Our maximum liability in connection with any product or service will not exceed the purchase price of that product or service.

Not misuse our platform or services for unlawful or harmful purposes
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar
